We are not a firm of solicitors or barristers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data We Collect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Identity &amp; Contact:<\/strong> name, address, email, phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Case Data (may include special-category data):<\/strong> details\/documents relevant to your matter (e.g., welfare, health, allegations), only where necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communications:<\/strong> emails, meeting notes, call notes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payments:<\/strong> transaction records (we do not store card numbers).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical:<\/strong> IP address, device\/browser data, cookies\/analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How We Get It<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You provide data via forms, email, calls, meetings and file-sharing. We may receive referrals <strong>with your consent<\/strong>. Limited technical data is collected via cookies\/analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lawful Bases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contract<\/strong> (providing requested support)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consent<\/strong> (where you freely agree, e.g., to be contacted)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legitimate interests<\/strong> (running and protecting our service)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal obligation<\/strong> (HMRC records, safeguarding, court orders)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How We Use It<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To prepare documents, statements and hearing support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To communicate with courts\/Cafcass\/mediators\/barristers <strong>with your consent<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To maintain records, manage payments and improve our service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To comply with law and protect our rights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sharing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We treat your information as confidential. We share data only when necessary: courts\/Cafcass; counsel\/mediators\/other professionals with your consent; secure processors (email, cloud storage, payment platforms); authorities where required by law (e.g., safeguarding\/court orders). We don\u2019t sell data. International transfers (if any) occur only with appropriate safeguards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Storage &amp; Retention<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Electronic records are stored on encrypted devices and reputable UK\/EU cloud services. Typical retention: <strong>case files for 2 years<\/strong> after your matter ends; <strong>finance records for 7 years<\/strong> (HMRC). We may retain select data longer where required by law or to defend legal claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your Rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object in some cases.
