Selected Publications & Media Contributions

Alongside client work, I’ve contributed commentary and analysis to professional family law publications, including Today’s Family Lawyer, The Divorce Magazine, and SME Today, focusing on litigants in person, access to justice, and the practical realities parents face in proceedings. I have also written for Anglia Kisokos, supporting Hungarian-speaking families navigating the UK family court system.

Writing has become an important part of how I analyse structural patterns within the court process. These themes are explored more fully in my book Conflict by Design, which examines how adversarial family proceedings shape parental behaviour and decision-making.

Important

Everyman Justice is a McKenzie Friend service, not a firm of solicitors or barristers. I cannot offer legal advice or represent you in court without a judge’s permission.
